Field production explained
The art of Field Production and in some cases Electronic News Gathering (ENG) is the act of taking a recorder to a location and recording an event or a production. This can vary from connecting a multi-track recorder to a live performance to recording a news broadcast or short film.
Our member's disciplines vary widely as do skill sets and experience. Anyone can list on the site and we do not judge someone's abilities as a qualifier for being listed. If you're hiring someone you should ask for a work sample or to hear a demo reel.
